From the enormous new Order of St Francis
Hospital (OSF) addition in Peoria to hundreds
of smaller projects in Eastern Iowa and Western
Illinois, Johnson HVAC has helped create
safe, comfortable and environmentally friendly
environments within a wide variety of commercial,
industrial and institutional buildings.
Nowhere does our experience shine more brightly. Since 1918 we have specialized in the engineering, fabrication, and installation of air movement systems that moderate temperature extremes and properly ventilate the most challenging of buildings.

One example: Johnson HVAC crews will, by May 2010, complete more than 120,000
labor hours on the fabrication and installation of air handling systems within
the OSF Hospital addition in Peoria, IL.
Other projects, including our work at State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, IL ($4.7 million), the Illinois State University Research Laboratory in Normal ($2.7 million), and the Galesburg Correctional Facility in Galesburg, IL ($1.6 million), further demonstrate Johnson HVAC capabilities to take a large and complex project from the drawing board to final completion in a timely and cost effective manner. |

in our work on each project, the trust our
customers express through their assignment
of repeat business is a great source of satisfaction.
One recent example is the ability to follow
our HVAC and painting work on the Moline,
Illinois Trinity Medical Center Campus in
1997, with a contract award in 2001, when
Trinity built a second new facility across
the Mississippi River in Bettendorf, Iowa.
We were again pleased to apply our skills
to two phases of the construction. First,
we installed nearly three miles of ductwork
to stringent hospital specifications. Later,
we helped to beautify the new building with
painting and wall covering applications.
On average, more than 60 percent of our annual
revenue can be traced to previous business,
a testimony to the trust and customer satisfaction
earned through high quality service and results.
